Josia Klein

Counsel, Education & Workplace Justice at National Women's Law Center

Josia Klein currently serves as Counsel for Education & Workplace Justice at the National Women's Law Center, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Josia Klein was the Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellow at the National Partnership for Women & Families from September 2022 to July 2023. Early experience includes judicial clerkships at the U.S. Courts of Appeals and U.S. District Courts from 2021 to 2022 and 2020 to 2021, respectively. Academic involvement at the University of Chicago Law School included roles as Managing Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and Research Assistant to Professor Justin Driver, along with participation in the International Human Rights Clinic. Additional experience encompasses internships and clerkships at organizations such as NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio, Latham & Watkins, and She's the First. Josia Klein earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University with a major in English and multiple minors.
