Johnna Bailey

Johnna Bailey, CFRE, currently serves as the Interim Development Director at the National Young Farmers Coalition since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development and fundraising efforts to raise $4.5 million annually from various funders. Previously, Johnna held the position of Associate Development Director at For West Virginia's Future from September 2020 to June 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships at WV Can't Wait, Director of Finance at the West Virginia Health Information Network, and Community Health Project Coordinator for the Peace Corps in Swaziland. Johnna's early experience also includes roles at The Wild Ramp and Americorps, focusing on community support and sustainability initiatives. Johnna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Marshall University, completed in 2013.
