Alex Otoo

Alex Otoo is an accomplished IT Implementation Specialist, currently working at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading development efforts on the Microsoft Power Platform. Previously, Alex contributed as a Developer for Power Apps and Web Applications at the Ghana National Household Registry from March 2019 to October 2021, and served as a Policy and Digital Transformation Analyst at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection in Ghana from December 2011 to August 2019. Alex holds a Master’s Degree in Analysis and Design of Social Protection Systems from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, as well as a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Ghana School of Marketing and a BA in Information Studies and Psychology from the University of Ghana.
