Floor Scheepers - Simmer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2007, Floor worked as an Internship & Junior Consultant at Deloitte. This role provided their with valuable experience in the consulting field.

In 2009, Floor worked at the Ministerie van LNV as an Adviseur Inkoop & FM, where they gained expertise in procurement and facility management.

Moving forward, Floor joined Het NIC in 2010 as a Junior Consultant, further building their consulting skills.

In 2011, Floor transitioned to Madurodam, where they worked as an Inkoper/ program manager, demonstrating their ability to manage programs and handle procurement responsibilities.

In 2012, Floor joined NN as a Buyer Marketing & Communications, showcasing their marketing and communication expertise. Floor remained in this role until 2019.

Floor then joined NN Group in 2020 as the Head of STO support, where they provided support and management in STO.

Finally, in 2019, Floor joined Nationale-Nederlanden as the Business Manager to the team NOW/ Strategy NL. Floor later took on the role of Business Manager to CEO Non-life, Banking & Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategy, Finance & Control at Nationale-Nederlanden.

Floor Scheepers - Simmer attended the Radboud University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Communication & Information Sciences. Prior to that, they studied Facility Management at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2007, earning a BBA degree. They also obtained a certification called "Inzicht in invloed" from Zuidema Personeelsmanagement & Medezeggenschap.
