Laura Hikke

Laura Hikke possesses extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as the Head of HR & Communications for NN Bank at Nationale-Nederlanden since November 2009. Before this role, Laura held positions including Business Manager to the CEO of NN Bank and Project Manager for HR, where responsibilities included leading organizational change initiatives and managing HR projects. Laura's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior HR Consultant and Recruiter at ING/Nationale-Nederlanden from June 2001 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, along with advanced studies in Strategic Personnel Management from Business School Nederland.
