Marta Garrosa

Marta Garrosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, operations, and project management. Since March 2015, Marta has held multiple leadership positions at Nationale-Nederlanden, including Head of Compliance and Head of Policy Administration & Operational Excellence, overseeing teams responsible for New Business, post-sales life, and anti-money laundering initiatives. Prior roles include Manager Operations-New Business and a significant tenure at ING Nederland as Project and Change Manager. Marta is also a member of EJE&CON's Observatorio de Innovación y Tendencias. Educational qualifications include advanced management training from Esade, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a degree in Economic and Business Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
