Amine Maatoug

Amine Maatoug has extensive experience at De Nationale Ombudsman, serving as a Klachtonderzoeker Domein Inkomen since October 2023, investigating complex complaints within the Directie Klachtbehandeling. Prior roles included Klachtbehandelaar, handling complaints related to police, justice, work, income, and education, and participating in a project group for local government relationship management in Zuid-Holland. Amine began with the organization as a Stagiair, examining complaints regarding social security and taxes, and previously conducted a jurisprudence study as an Afstudeerder focused on the Opiumwet. Academically, Amine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Hogeschool Leiden and has completed various minors in legal disciplines, along with a background in Information and Communication Technology from IT Academie Leiden.
