Natalia Molina Espeleta

Natalia Molina Espeleta has extensive experience in legal and advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in complaint handling at De Nationale Ombudsman since January 2016. In this position, Natalia delivers training and presentations on professional complaint management and handling persistent and inappropriate complaints. Previous roles include Senior Researcher in the Safety, Migration & Mobility sector and a membership on the Works Council, along with positions in care and education research and complaint handling within the team for Safety, Justice, and Foreigners. Prior to this, Natalia worked as a Jurist in the Immigration Chamber at the Council of State and as a Legal Assistant specializing in personal injury at Joosten Advocaten. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by an EQA practitioner diploma in Professional Coaching & Leadership from Coachcenter.
