Peter de Jong

Peter de Jong possesses extensive experience in plant management and safety assurance within the chemical industry, having held various leadership roles at AkzoNobel and Nouryon Industrial Chemicals, including positions such as Plant Manager and Site Director. Since 2021, Peter has actively contributed as a volunteer with Nationale Vereniging de Zonnebloem and the Voedselbank in Oldenzaal. Peter has a background in mechanical engineering, holding a degree from HTS Groningen, and has successfully managed complex operations, focusing on safety, budget accountability, and asset integrity throughout a career that dates back to the mid-1990s.
