Kurt Kettner

Kurt Kettner has over 30 years of work experience in the truck leasing industry. Kurt started their career at Penske Truck Leasing in 1987 as a Rental Representative, where they gained experience in rental services, sales, and customer relations. In 1988, they were promoted to District Rental Manager, overseeing all rental operations and managing a team. During their time at Penske, Kurt focused on building business relationships and driving sales growth.

In 1996, Kurt joined Koch NationaLease as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Kurt took on the responsibility of leading the sales and marketing efforts, building a quality sales team, and increasing market share. Kurt also played a key role in personnel selection and mentorship, infrastructure development, and training programs.

Kurt continued to climb the corporate ladder at Koch NationaLease and became the Vice President & General Manager in 1998. In this role, they held full P&L accountability for the division and was responsible for strategic efforts, staff development, and growth. Kurt oversaw the leasing/rental/service component and sales of ancillary products and services.

Throughout their career, Kurt has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to drive business growth.

Kurt Kettner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Hamline University, where they attended from 1983 to 1987.
