Cindy Baird

Cindy Baird is the Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple operational departments including Processing, Underwriting and Closing. Cindy’s passion is to drive Operational Excellence focused on creating a culture of continuous improvement including digital transformation and automation to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Cindy joined Nations Lending in 2022. She started in the Mortgage business in 1984 as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Her extensive background includes Origination, a variety of roles in Operations, and Sales and Operations Management.

Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree as an honors graduate from the University of Phoenix in Business and Accounting. Cindy lives in Scottsdale, AZ where she loves to travel with her husband and stay at home hanging out with her Bulldogs.
