April de la Cruz

April de la Cruz is an experienced instructional designer and content manager, currently serving as the Content Manager for Instructional Design at NationsBenefits since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Instructional Designer at Convey Health Solutions from January 2018 to January 2023, where April designed and developed training content, programs, and assessments based on adult learning theories. Previously, April worked as a Trainer at AT&T and Telstra, facilitating training sessions and supporting operational teams. Early career experience includes serving as a QA Lead and Course Designer at SME. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2008.
