Edwin Jones

Edwin Jones has a robust work history in client services and management roles. Edwin started as a Project and Operations Manager at Aegis Communications Group in 2007. In 2011, they transitioned to Floor Manager at MDS, and later that year, they became an Insurance Verification Manager at Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. Moving on to Convey Health Solutions in 2012, they served as a Senior Client Services Manager until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Client Services at NationsBenefits, starting in 2022.

Edwin Jones obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Indian River State College.
