Genaro Bugarin

Genaro Bugarin has a strong background in fulfillment and operations management. Genaro started as the Director of Distribution at Petco in 2000, overseeing various fulfillment and distribution activities. In 2015, they moved to Wayfair as the Director of Regional Operations. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at ShipBob, Inc. as the Vice President of Global Fulfillment. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Fulfillment at NationsBenefits, starting in 2023.

Genaro Bugarin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Genaro also has a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University.
