Adam Wade

Adam Wade has extensive experience in the financial services and community engagement sectors, currently serving as Manager of Colleague Experience in Portfolio Management and Operations at Nationwide Building Society since June 2011. In this role, Adam focuses on enhancing inclusivity, diversity, and wellbeing throughout the employee lifecycle. Additionally, Adam holds a position as a Representative and Equality Officer for the Nationwide Group Staff Union since May 2023, promoting the interests and equality of union members. Previous roles include Marketing and Social Media Manager at Whitton United Football Club, Regional Representative for the Nationwide Group Staff Union, and various customer service and operational positions at Nationwide Building Society.
