Beth Stoker currently serves as the Head of Talent Identification and Succession and leads the People, Growth and Performance Practice in Performance Enablement at Nationwide Building Society since September 2021. Beth began the career as Human Resources Manager for Regional Tax. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from the University of Liverpool and completed secondary education at Whitley Bay High School.
