Chris Shelley

Chris Shelley has served as Head of People Data and Technology at Nationwide Building Society since September 2007, overseeing key HR technology infrastructure, including Oracle Cloud and analytics systems, to support people data management and strategic goals. Prior roles at Nationwide include Senior Manager HR Systems and Senior Manager HR Strategic Development, where Chris contributed to HR strategy and system enhancements. Prior experience includes positions at Portman Building Society as Product Marketing Manager and Staffordshire Building Society as Assistant Product Manager. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Business Analysis from the University of Wolverhampton.
