Karl Boulton

Karl Boulton is a seasoned professional in product ownership and cloud platforms, currently serving as Chief Product Owner at Nationwide Building Society since July 2020, overseeing AWS Landing Zone and Platform & Security Shared Services. Prior to this role, Karl held various positions including Senior Product Owner and Agile Delivery Lead, where a significant contribution was made to maximizing member experience through cloud platform development. A sabbatical was taken in early 2020 for independent travel and professional development. Previous experience includes project management roles at Capita Insurance Services, delivering client-focused IT solutions, and data analysis for executive decision-making. Karl holds a BSc degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage Therapy from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
