Paul Archer

Paul Archer is a Senior Manager at Nationwide Building Society, with a career spanning from August 2010 to the present. Paul specializes in Strategic Insight within the Finance community, providing analysis of the financial services sector and the UK retail banking landscape at the ExCo level. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Manager for Mortgage Pricing, leading a team to align mortgage products with corporate financial goals while maintaining a member-centric approach. Paul began the career as a Lead Product Manager in Mortgage Pricing and within HBOS PLC as a Graduate Management Trainee. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in History and Economics from The University of Sheffield and has a foundational education from Whitgift School and St. Olave's Grammar School.
