Rob Gue

Rob Gue has extensive experience in property operations, asset management, and military leadership. Currently serving as Head of Branch Property Operations and Lifecycle Asset Management at Nationwide Building Society since January 2018, Rob is responsible for delivering an asset-led investment and maintenance strategy across the organization’s estate. Prior experience includes a role at Carillion managing a £20M annual infrastructure project portfolio for Nationwide, and over 22 years in the Royal Air Force, where Rob held various leadership positions in resource management and project oversight, including infrastructure management for NATO missions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Staffordshire University and a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London.
