Amy Hodge

Amy Hodge is an experienced Early Intervention Specialist at Nationwide Children's Hospital since June 2016, focusing on assessing young children in hematology and oncology for special education services. Previously, as a Success Coach at Nexus Academy from August 2014 to June 2016, Amy supervised student cohorts and facilitated communication among stakeholders while promoting academic progress. Amy's earlier roles include Family Advocate at YMCA of Central Ohio, providing case management for Head Start families, and Family Engagement Specialist at Action for Children, where community outreach and child assessments were key responsibilities. Additionally, Amy served as Lead Teacher at the Child Development Council of Franklin County, utilizing Creative Curriculum for developmental assessments. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Capital University and a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Capella University.
