Lexxus Brown

Lexxus Brown is an experienced professional in public health and practice facilitation, currently serving as a Practice Facilitator at Colorado Access since August 2021. Previous roles include Provider Value Network Strategist and Practice Transformation Facilitator at University Hospitals from November 2019 to July 2021, and Graduate Student Researcher at Mahoning County Public Health from September 2019 to April 2020. Lexxus also held the position of Community Health Worker Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio from May 2017 to October 2019 and completed an internship as a Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Intern at Columbus Public Health for the City of Columbus in late 2015.
