Lindsay Pennington

Lindsay Pennington, MS, SHRM-SCP, MT-BC, currently serves as the Human Resources Compliance Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital since November 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resource Director at Avina Women's Care from August 2019 to November 2022, and various roles at Holzer Health System between December 2016 and October 2019, where responsibilities included Human Resources Generalist, Onboarding and Retention Specialist, and Human Resource Assistant. Lindsay's career began in the music field at Berklee College of Music as a Music Therapy Resource Assistant and Peer Advisor from August 2014 to May 2016. Additional early experience includes a Sales Associate role at Louis Barry Florist and an earlier position as Human Resource Assistant at Holzer Health System. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music, and a Bachelor of Music Education from Otterbein University.
