Michael Dougherty

Michael Dougherty has extensive experience in clinical laboratory management, currently serving as the Clinical Laboratory Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital since August 2015, overseeing the Core Lab, Metals Lab, Metabolic Lab, and Diagnostic Immunology Flow Lab. Prior to this, Michael worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from June 2004 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Critical Care Lab and leading operations in the Special Functions Lab. Michael began as a Medical Technologist specializing as both a generalist and in immunology. Academically, Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from The Ohio State University.
