Molly LeBel has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Service Line Administrator for Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine & Palliative Care at Nationwide Children's Hospital since July 2007. Over the years, Molly has held various roles, including overseeing business operations for the Division of Emergency Medicine, directing strategic planning projects, and coordinating decision support efforts across multiple service lines. Prior experience includes enhancing process improvement at Prevea Health and managing product lines at Modine Manufacturing Company. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
