Clinical Director, Behavioral Health- Partners For Kids at Nationwide Children's Hospital

Stephanie (Patrick) Kruszynski, LISW-S, currently serves as Clinical Director and Social Work Program Manager for Behavioral Health at Nationwide Children's Hospital since July 2017. With extensive experience in mental health services, Stephanie previously held the position of Clinical Director for the Northeast Region at Syntero, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic growth and program development. Prior roles include Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where oversight of the Ohio Medicaid Managed Care membership was a key focus, and Vice President of Clinical Services at the ADAMH Board of Franklin County, managing high-quality community treatment strategies. Earlier, Stephanie was Program Director for Recovery Services at Central Ohio Mental Health Center. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Individual and Family Studies from Miami University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University.
