Philip Parziale

Philip Parziale started their work experience in 1998 as the owner of the Law Office of Philip Parziale. In 2010, they joined Nationwide Equities Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, a role they currently hold.

Philip Parziale obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Boston College, which they completed between 1989 and 1993. Philip then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the Fordham University School of Law from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Philip Parziale has obtained certifications such as the Executive Development Program from Wharton Executive Education, which they received in May 2021. Philip is also a licensed mortgage loan originator in various states, including AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, NJ, OK, NY, VA, and WI. Furthermore, Philip Parziale holds memberships in the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
