Cindy Scott

Cindy Scott, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cindy is currently working as the Director of Accounting at Nationwide Realty Investors since June 2023. Prior to their current role, they held positions at the same company as the Accounting Manager, Consolidation & Reporting from March 2020 to June 2023, as the Accounting Supervisor, Consolidation & Reporting from November 2018 to March 2020, and as an Accounting Specialist, Consolidation & Reporting from April 2017 to November 2018. Before joining Nationwide Realty Investors, Cindy worked as a Senior Accountant at the company from September 2016 to April 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Nationwide Realty Investors, Cindy worked at Schneider Downs as an Audit In-Charge from October 2013 to September 2016. Cindy also gained experience as an Office Assistant at Ohio State Facilities, Operations, and Development from January 2013 to September 2013. In this role, they assisted in the approval of departmental invoices and gained a basic understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft.

Cindy started their career at Station 88 as a Retail Associate in 2012 and worked for Macy's as a Seller from December 2010 to January 2012. Cindy also gained experience as an Intern at Omnyx LLC from May 2011 to August 2011 and as a Marketing team member at SlugBooks in January 2011.

Cindy's early career includes experience as a Sales Associate at TJX from April 2007 to January 2011.

Cindy Scott, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Ohio State University from 2009 to 2013. Cindy also completed their BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business during the same period.

In addition to their academic achievements, Cindy Scott has also obtained several certifications. Cindy became a Certified Public Accountant in January 2015. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in "Leading through Relationships" and "Delegating Tasks" from LinkedIn in May 2020 and March 2020, respectively.
