Patty Stevens

Patty Stevens has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Patty started their career at CB Richard Ellis as a Real Estate Manager, where they worked for over a decade. Patty then joined ProLogis, where they held various roles including Vice President and Senior Property Manager, managing large portfolios of industrial real estate. After that, they worked at Mark IV Capital, Inc. as a Senior Property Manager and at Cole Real Estate Investments as a Regional Property Manager. Prior to their current position, Patty worked at American Realty Capital Properties as an Asset Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Commercial Property Management at Nationwide Realty Investors.

Patty Stevens attended Arizona State University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
