Arun Achuthan

Arun Achuthan has over a decade of experience in the financial services and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Innovation Product Manager at Nationwide since May 2011. In this role, Arun leads cross-functional initiatives focused on addressing unmet financial and retirement needs using design thinking and agile methodologies. Prior positions at Nationwide include Lean & Agile Transformation Leader and Agile Software Engineering Team Lead, where skills in agile transformation and software development were developed. Earlier experience at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions involved creating embedded system software for domestic heating systems and industrial automation. Arun holds an MBA in Executive Development from Drake University and an Engineer's Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
