Ben Hastings

Ben Hastings currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Observability at Nationwide, leading a team responsible for the Enterprise Observability Platform. Prior to this role, Ben held several leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, including Director of Cloud Engineering, Director of Site Reliability Engineering, and Principal Performance Engineer, where Ben fostered innovation in cloud services and optimized engineering practices. Additionally, Ben worked at Elsevier as a Principal Software Engineer, focusing on UX optimization and performance engineering. Educational achievements include a B.S. in Mathematics from The Ohio State University and a non-degree study in Mathematics at Wright State University, complemented by leadership training at Fidelity.
