Charles White

Charles White is an experienced procurement professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement at Nationwide since December 2018, Charles has previously held significant roles, including Head of Sourcing at Charles Schwab, where oversight included $1.7 billion in annual spend across various categories. Prior to that, at Fidelity Investments as Senior Vice President of Procurement, Charles managed all procurement activities for a workforce of 45,000 associates with a budget of $1.2 billion. Experience also includes key positions at Deutsche Bank, Microsoft, and HP, where Charles honed expertise in sourcing, supply chain management, and strategic procurement across multiple industries. An early career in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander equipped Charles with leadership and operational skills. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University.
