Dean Hernandez

Dean Hernandez is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience in investment operations and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Professional and Director of Investment Operations at Nationwide since August 2011, Dean has previously held significant roles including Supervisor of Investment Performance and Operations at the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System and Sr. Hedge Fund Accountant at Spectrum Global Fund Administration. Dean's career began at Dover Partners as an Equity Analyst/Portfolio Administrator, followed by various positions that advanced expertise in investment operations, including Director of Investment Operations at Meeder Financial and Working Capital Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Dean earned a degree from Wright State University between 1994 and 1998 and holds a CIPM certification.
