Jamie Wong

Jamie Wong, Esq. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and internal investigations at Nationwide, where employment commenced in April 2010. As Sr. Director - Internal Investigations, Jamie leads efforts to collaborate across regional leaders, addressing complex claims and compliance risks. Previous roles include Associate Director overseeing the First Party Medical team in the Mid-Atlantic region and Claims Manager responsible for staff performance and quality assurance. Prior to Nationwide, Jamie served as a Claims Adjuster at USAA from October 2004 to April 2010. Academically, Jamie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
