Joan Milstead, SPHR, EMBA, MHCS, currently serves as the Senior HRBP and Director of Human Resources for IT at Nationwide, a position held since November 2005, where responsibilities include strategizing and supporting Human Resources initiatives for executives and 1,650 associates in Information Technology and Specialty Products.
