John-Paul Purssord

John-Paul Purssord, MBA, RCC, has extensive experience in sales enablement and operations, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Sales Enablement & Operations at Nationwide since 2004, where John-Paul was selected by senior leadership to establish a core sales enablement function for a $9.5 billion personal lines sales organization. Previous roles at Nationwide include transforming the Sales Readiness Training Group, leading a $1.3 billion multiline product and underwriting team, and managing a $800 million P&C and Life & Financial sales organization in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to Nationwide, John-Paul worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager at M&T Bank. John-Paul holds an MBA from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Greensboro College.
