Katie Craig-Conkle

Katie Craig-Conkle has extensive experience in leadership and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Technical Director and Workforce Strategy Leader at Nationwide since July 2012, Katie drives initiatives to develop a Future Ready Technology Organization. Previous roles include overseeing a $9.4 million build portfolio as a Project Manager and facilitating critical upgrades and improvements in project efficiency. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Fifth Third Bank in customer service and at Bally Total Fitness in various managerial roles. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Sport Management from Denison University.
