Katy Douglass

Katy Douglass possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and information analysis within the insurance and financial sectors. At Nationwide, Katy holds the position of AVP, Personal Lines Technology Leader, overseeing underwriting, rating, sales, servicing, and compliance, and previously served as Software Engineering Director with a focus on mobile and digital accessibility. Additional roles at Nationwide include Chief of Staff for IT Business Operations and Senior Analyst in IT Quality Assurance. Katy has also contributed to the Better Software Conference East 2014 as a presenter and held several positions at Nationwide Financial, including Information Technology Analysis Manager for Retirement Plans. Katy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ohio University, earned in 2008.
