Rocio Cepeda-Espinoza

Rocio Cepeda-Espinoza serves as the National Sales Operations Director at Nationwide since August 2004, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and driving operational excellence across various business units such as National Accounts, Alternative Distribution, and Nationwide Sales Solutions. Responsibilities include providing operational support, driving process optimization, managing financial oversight, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Rocio has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career, including positions in personal and commercial lines underwriting, and claims adjusting, gaining extensive experience in operational management and strategic execution. Rocio holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate’s Degree from St. Mary's College of Moraga.
