Rodney Horn

Rodney Horn is an experienced performance engineer at Nationwide Insurance, focusing on monitoring mainframe online and batch processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. With a background as a database analyst and senior developer, Rodney has designed complex data models and maintained COBOL programs while collaborating with users to address system issues. In addition to duties at Nationwide, Rodney serves as an Ohio High School basketball official and has previously worked in various roles, including heavy equipment operator for the Ohio Army National Guard and programming analyst at Motorists Insurance Group.
