Sarah Ware Swisher

Sarah Ware Swisher is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Nationwide since December 2010, Sarah specializes in complex commercial mortgage loans, work-outs, and servicing matters. Prior to this role, Sarah was General Counsel at Countrytyme, Inc., providing in-house legal counsel for a real estate development firm from 2001 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, obtained between 1994 and 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Bowling Green State University, earned in 1993.
