T. Philip Washington

T. Philip Washington is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both litigation and public service. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Houston Client Legal Services at Allstate since May 2017, Washington's previous roles include Senior Trial Attorney and Assistant Criminal District Attorney, where complex criminal cases were successfully prosecuted. Washington also contributes as a Pathfinder Facilitator for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, focusing on nurturing diverse, early-career attorneys. An educator with a strong foundation in English and educational administration, Washington holds multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and certifications in Secondary Education and Educational Administration. Additionally, participation in fellowship programs, such as the McKinsey & Company Black Leadership Academy, further enhances Washington's leadership and management skills.
