Matteo Ghedini

Matteo Ghedini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and business development. Currently serving as Evolution Flow Leader and Startup Ecosystem Catalyst at Nativa since 2020, Matteo focuses on creating positive societal and environmental impacts. Previously, Matteo co-founded and led Croqqer Switzerland, a pioneering platform for connecting individuals for everyday tasks from 2016 to 2019, and worked as a Senior Project Manager and Innovation & Sustainability Consultant in freelance roles. Matteo's background includes leadership positions at Labelux Group, where responsibilities encompassed establishing and overseeing the Sustainability Department and Market Intelligence function for a $1 billion holding company. Early career experience at ICONSULTING involved managing business intelligence and performance management projects. Matteo holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, with additional education through the Socrates Erasmus Project at Universitat Politècnica de València.
