Quinton Uksi Carroll

Quinton Uksi Carroll currently serves as the Executive Director and Legislative Director for the Native American Contractors Association since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Legislative Coordinator for Indian Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Interior from April 2020 to August 2022, and as Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan from March 2018 to March 2020. Quinton also worked as a Legislative Affairs Associate at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation between September 2015 and March 2018 and held the position of Project Administrator at North Slope Borough CIPM from November 2013 to January 2015. Quinton holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and has also attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
