Michelle Shawnego

Michelle Shawnego serves as the Chief People Officer at Native American Health Center, overseeing human resources functions for the organization in Oakland, San Francisco, and Alameda. With a background in technical recruiting and owning their own business, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to their role. Additionally, Michelle is a board member and Finance Chair for the American Indian Cultural District, dedicated to celebrating the American Indian legacy and culture in the United States.
