Erin Joyce

Erin Joyce is a seasoned professional in the art and culture sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Public Affairs at the Native Arts and Cultures Foundation since August 2024. As a contributor to Hyperallergic since 2013, Erin authors articles on contemporary art and culture. In a role as an independent curator since January 2012, Erin collaborates with global artists on diverse exhibitions, emphasizing innovative approaches. Erin also holds positions as Faculty at Arizona State University's School of Art, Curator at Large, and Advisor on Curatorial Initiatives. Previous roles include Creative Director and Fine Arts Curator at the Heard Museum and lecturing at Northern Arizona University. Erin’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of North Texas.
