Brooke Anderson is a Microbiome Data Scientist at Native Microbials, Inc., focusing on analyzing on-farm data records and communicating the impact of dairy farm changes. Previously, as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC San Diego, Brooke studied microbial ecology of cheese rinds and developed analysis pipelines for metagenomics. During their time at The Ohio State University, Brooke conducted research in Plant Biochemistry, Biofuel, and Metabolic Engineering. Additionally, Brooke worked as a College Instructional Assistant and a Piano Teacher. Brooke holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from UC San Diego, as well as a MicroMBA and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University.
