Beth Kotarba

Beth Kotarba has a strong background in consulting, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Beth started their career as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting in 1987 and later became a Sr. Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1991. In 2002, they joined Hitachi Consulting as a Director Consulting Services and stayed with the company until 2013. Beth then transitioned to RevGen Partners, where they worked as the Director Consulting Services from 2013 to 2016. Beth'smost recent role was at Native Roots Colorado, where they started as the Director of Operations in 2016 and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Beth Kotarba earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 1983 to 1987.
