Raquel Elaine Aviles is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Native Seeds/SEARCH, where the mission focuses on conserving arid-adapted crops to support Indigenous communities. Previously, Raquel held multiple roles within the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, including Executive Director of Human Resources, where the emphasis was on workforce development and service excellence.
