Hillary Fish has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Server at Spado's, where they created an excellent dining experience and trained the restaurant staff. Hillary then worked as a Public Relations Intern at both Armanasco Public Relations, Inc and Tehama Group Communications. Later, they joined Earthbound Farm as a Marketing Project Manager, where they created and supported various marketing programs to promote organic food. Hillary then worked at Matsui Nursery, Inc as a Marketing Manager, leading marketing and communications efforts. After that, they became the Director of Annual Programs and Communications at Natividad Foundation, managing annual fundraising campaigns. Currently, Hillary is the Director of Marketing & Community Relations at Natividad Medical Center, where they focus on COVID-19 education and outreach.
Hillary Fish attended Salinas High School from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a high school diploma. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Hartnell College for general education. In 2000, they briefly attended Cabrillo College for general education. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an option in Public Relations from California State University, Chico from 2000 to 2002.
